Specialist Dental Care Eskilstuna Specialist Dental Care in Sörmland operates three clinics for orofacial medicine and we are now seeking one or two specialist dentists in orofacial medicine for Specialist Dental Care at Lasarettet in Nyköping and Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna. Some work at our clinic in Katrineholm/Kullberska Hospital may be relevant. Excellent commuting opportunities via good infrastructure, train, and highway to Specialist Dental Care at Mälarsjukhuset/Eskilstuna or Nyköping from Stockholm, Örebro, Västerås, and Norrköping. Specialist Dental Care at Mälarsjukhuset is one of our largest clinics and currently employs approximately 46 staff members in the departments of periodontology, prosthodontics, occlusal physiology, pediatric dentistry, orofacial medicine, oral surgery, oral radiology, and endodontics. Within the company, we have three specialist dentists in orofacial medicine, one of whom is on parental leave, and we are therefore seeking a replacement for a permanent position, as well as needing to expand our operations and require one additional specialist in this field. Each week we hold interdisciplinary meetings where all disciplines participate to discuss various patient cases. It is a very rewarding forum with an open atmosphere where everyone can contribute their expertise and experience. Our facilities have been completely renovated with state-of-the-art equipment including four new operating rooms. We are committed to enabling dentists, hygienists, dental nurses, and receptionists to pursue further education to provide highly specialized dental care to residents of Sörmland. Several of our dental nurses have completed further training in their disciplines. We also provide specialist training in oral radiology and oral surgery. Through our close collaboration with Center for Clinical Research Sörmland, there are opportunities for those interested in research. We currently have two doctoral candidates in prosthodontics conducting award-winning projects as well as four doctorate holders in dentistry at the clinic.
