We are looking for operators for our bookbindery Do you want to work in a production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for operators for our bookbindery to work with saddle stitching and finishing of printed materials. If you have experience in bookbinding or machine operator work, that is a merit, but we also welcome you who are technically interested and want to learn a new profession. Job Duties The job duties include, among other things: Set up and operate machines. Load machines with sheets, covers, and consumable materials. Monitor production and ensure an even production flow. Perform quality checks during ongoing production. Adjust the machine for format or product changes. Troubleshoot and fix simple operating disruptions. Daily maintenance and cleaning of machines. Collaborate with other operators and production staff to ensure deliveries according to plan. We are looking for you who Have experience in bookbinding, graphic production, or machine operator work (a merit but not a requirement). Are technically interested and enjoy working with machines. Are precise and quality-conscious. Have a high safety mindset. Are responsible and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Are flexible and want to develop together with the company. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing. Previous experience is not necessary – we will teach you the work, but language skills are important to be able to work safely and follow our quality procedures.
