Operator for client in Tingsryd We are now looking for an operator for one of our clients in Tingsryd. The position suits you if you thrive in a practical and technical role where you take responsibility for an important part of production. In this role, you work as a mixer and are responsible for a machine that blends products according to established recipes. The work involves following recipes and instructions, monitoring the process, and making manual adjustments when needed. It is therefore important that you are technically inclined, thorough, and comfortable with simple calculations and recipe conversions. The work is periodically physically demanding and suits you if you enjoy an active work environment and are willing to put in effort when needed. We are looking for you who Have a forklift license Speak and understand Swedish fluently Have good technical understanding Are comfortable with simple mathematical calculations Are thorough, responsible, and reliable Have a strong work ethic and view good attendance as a given Can work two shifts Previous experience from production, manufacturing, or work as an operator is a merit, but greatest weight is placed on the right attitude, technical interest, and willingness to learn the work.
