This includes weekends and other public holidays. We have a large, cozy corner location at Magnus Ladulåsgatan 25. All staff work out of this location. It is a REQUIREMENT to bike. We use work bikes We're looking for someone who can take initiative and has a strong work ethic. You must have experience with patient transfers using equipment such as turners and lifts. You should be able to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You must speak Swedish very well, both spoken and written. We are a local home care service here on Södermalm. We are a team of about 20 people. Our main focus is to maintain high staff continuity. This is to ensure security for our clients, but also for our staff. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is proactive and responsible with a "helicopter view". In home care, you usually work completely alone at clients' homes, who have different care needs. This involves everything from patient transfers with lifts, turners, and slide boards to cooking and cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
