We are over 340 employees at Folktandvården Kronoberg and we believe we have one of Sweden's most important and rewarding jobs! Our operations consist of general dentistry and specialist dental care, a development clinic, mobile clinic, administrative office, and Service Center. We have clinics in 6 of the county's 8 municipalities and our shared mission is to create good oral health for the residents of Kronoberg. This position is located at Folktandvården's office, which is an administrative unit that works for all of Folktandvården. We currently have 20 people working within functional areas including IT, economics, payroll, statistics, administration of preventive dental care agreements, HR, and operations development. We are centrally located on Klostergatan in Växjö and our goal is to be an accessible, knowledgeable, and engaged support function. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you a curious problem solver with a strong interest in both operations and IT? Then the role of Objects Specialist at Folktandvården might be for you. As an Objects Specialist, you have a key role in the development of our digital tools and systems. You are responsible for functionality and development within one or more IT solutions and work with maintenance, further development, and implementation of new solutions that contribute to modern and efficient dental care. In this role, you function as the link between operations and IT. You capture needs, challenges, and ideas from the organization, analyze processes and requirements, and ensure that the organization's needs are translated into smart and sustainable IT solutions. You also work on developing and improving information and system flows between internal and external systems. We are looking for someone who thrives in the space between strategy and practice. You enjoy seeing the big picture, managing complex system environments, and driving development work forward. At the same time, you are unpretentious and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed to solve problems and ensure that our existing and future IT solutions function optimally. You have experience in process and requirements analysis and feel confident collaborating with different competencies and stakeholders. Through your work, you contribute to creating a shared direction between Folktandvården's operations and our central IT organization, with the goal of developing tomorrow's digital support for both employees and patients. This is a permanent position, but an initial probationary period of 6 months may be applicable. QUALIFICATIONS You who apply have a relevant higher education/university degree or work experience from further development of IT solutions. The work is independent and requires you to take great responsibility and show initiative. At the same time, you need good collaboration and communication skills. A structured working approach is a prerequisite for the assignment. You are a person who enjoys further development and who is driven by new challenges. You should be able to express yourself easily in speech and writing in Swedish and preferably also in English. We believe that with your problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and desire to create change, you will provide Folktandvården Kronoberg with tomorrow's IT solutions.
