Are you a confident nurse with experience in acute care who is passionate about providing good patient care and professional interactions in every patient encounter? Then this could be the position for you! About Us Spinal Surgery Center (RKC) is one of Sweden's most modern spine clinics. We offer a stimulating workplace with engaged and competent colleagues in beautiful facilities in Lilljanshuset at Sophiahemmet. Since our start in 2017, we have grown to approximately 75 employees and provide outpatient care, rehabilitation, surgical operations, and inpatient care. We work continuously with improvement and development initiatives and prioritize both patient safety and work environment. We offer, among other things, collective agreements, wellness subsidies, and private health insurance. We are a happy group that enjoys working together and regularly organize joint activities. About the Care Unit and Position Our care unit has 19 beds and is open Monday–Saturday from 1 p.m. You will work weekends (Friday evening–Saturday morning) approximately 2 times per 3 months. We have 18 full-time employees, of which 6 work night shifts only. The position is full-time (100%) with a start date by agreement.
