About the position Do you want to take a key role in an operation where leadership, development, and social impact are in focus? We are now seeking two experienced unit managers for our client in Gothenburg who want to lead and develop the operation. The role involves broad responsibility for personnel, work environment, finances, and operational development. You will lead engaged employees across multiple professional categories and be an important part of driving the operation forward toward established goals. Assignment duration: Full-time starting as soon as possible through March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension for an additional three months. Examples of duties: Manage personnel, work environment, and budget within the unit. Ensure a good, sustainable, and healthy work environment for employees. Operate the business within established financial frameworks and toward set goals. Work with competency development, competency procurement, and personnel matters. Create conditions for participation, collaboration, and a positive work climate. Break down operational goals into clear and trackable activities. Motivate, coach, and develop employees through close leadership. Manage internal communication within the unit. Drive change and development work together with employees. Participate in the operational area's management group. About you We are looking for someone who is a confident and unpretentious leader with the ability to build trusting relationships and engagement in the organization. You are communicative, clear, and enjoy a role where you lead through participation and collaboration. As a person, you are structured, driven, and results-oriented, while also having a genuine interest in developing both the operation and employees. You find it easy to build consensus around goals and working methods, and you are motivated by working close to the operation. Furthermore, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing environment. Requirements for the position Relevant university degree or equivalent education in leadership and management. Documented experience working as a manager with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility. Experience leading and developing employees and driving change initiatives. Good administrative skills and experience working with digital systems. Class B driver's license.
