Meals is a service sector operation within Ulricehamns Municipality. The mission is to serve meals to all preschool and school students as well as to people assessed for assistance in special housing, group homes, or their own homes. Today there are 34 kitchens that are part of the food service operation.

WORK DUTIES
The position encompasses all tasks that occur in a large-scale kitchen, including ordering, cooking, serving, dishwashing, and quality control. The position is located at Ätradalskolan.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and cooking. It is meritorious if you have culinary training, but it is not a requirement for the position. Experience from large-scale kitchens or restaurant operations is highly meritorious.
As a person, you are organized, flexible, and open to development and change. You take responsibility for your tasks, have the ability to stay calm even during periods of high pace, and can adapt to the operation's needs. You work independently while also having good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor.
In Ulricehamns Municipality, multilingualism is seen as a strength, but it is important that you master Swedish both spoken and written. Good computer skills are also important. To work for us, a valid police background check is required, which you can order from the police website.
Driver's License B is a requirement for this position.
Employment Type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-10-12 or by agreement.
