Do you want to work as a warehouse associate? Do you have another job or are you studying and can work 3 weekdays per week during school terms? Then we have the job for you! Your work as a forklift driver/warehouse associate at ICA's warehouse in Helsingborg will mainly involve forklift driving and picking goods by hand using a voice device that instructs you what to pick. The work tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a fast-paced work environment where you work in different temperature zones. To be a candidate for the position, you need to have high flexibility and availability. You should be able to work at least two weekdays (Monday through Thursday) and either Friday or Saturday every week. Since ICA's warehouse operations run 24/7, all days of the week, work shifts can vary between day, evening, and sometimes night. The position is suitable for you if you want long-term extra work and have no problem stepping in on short notice. During periods with higher demand, such as summer and Christmas, you are expected to be able to work more shifts and sometimes even full-time. This is a consultant assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be assigned to our client ICA. We are currently recruiting with an introductory start after summer. The introduction is scheduled for five workdays (Mon-Fri) and requires 100% attendance. Therefore, it is a requirement that you are available full-time throughout your training period. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be a candidate for the position, it is a requirement that you are studying at least 50% and have at least one year left in your studies, or alternatively have another primary occupation where you can work at least 3 full weekdays every week. We will only proceed with candidates who can provide documentation proving this. During summer and Christmas, we expect you to be able to scale up to working up to full-time. Further, you should have: - Forklift certificate A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10) - Good physical condition. - Approved criminal record clearance. - Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish. - You must have valid ID (passport or national ID card) and the right to work in Sweden. - Advantageous if you have a B driving license and access to your own car to quickly get to the workplace at Långeberga. In this role, you will work toward high goals and will be coached daily in your development; therefore, it is important that you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and strive to achieve good results in your work. We will request an extract from the criminal record register and conduct drug tests as part of the process. ICA's goal is to have smoke-free workplaces.
