This is a rare opportunity: a newly launched company where you get to shape working methods, customer journeys, and culture from the beginning – but with the weight and resources of an established Nordic group behind you. Now we're looking for you who want to be part of the journey from day one! About the Role You will become part of our established sales team in Uppsala – a strong team that has worked together for a long time and has broad knowledge from the years we've built up the concept since 2020. Here you'll receive ongoing support, training, and a secure platform to learn quickly, both from colleagues on-site and from us leading the Norway initiative. You will have the first contact with our customers and book electrical installations and plumbing services, etc. The phone is your most important work tool, but you also handle emails and other types of incoming customer inquiries. The work is varied but mainly consists of coordinating, selling our solutions, and providing our customers with professional service, support, and advice through incoming calls and emails. Who Are You? A service-oriented and pleasant person You enjoy talking with people You want to develop and constantly strive to learn more You thrive in an environment where everything isn't settled, where you get to be part of building Fluent in speaking and writing Norwegian, Swedish, and preferably also English Experience in phone sales or customer service with Norwegian customers is a merit To thrive in the role, we're looking for someone who is social, communicative, and enjoys learning things. No previous experience is required – we're looking for the right person for our team, but experience working at a fast pace is a plus. We value your personality!
