About the Client Company We are now recruiting Machine Operators for our client located just outside Borås. Here you'll work in an industrial operation where you become an important part of production and contribute to keeping daily operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop a career in the industrial sector. Job Responsibilities As a Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor production machinery. You play a vital role in production and ensure that machines function properly throughout the entire process. Examples of job duties: • Operate and monitor production machinery • Set up and adjust machines during production changeovers • Load materials and ensure smooth production flow • Perform quality control checks • Follow safety and production procedures This is a full-time position with shifts arranged in three shifts (day, evening, and night). You are thorough, solution-oriented, and have an eye for quality.
