You will work with operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a highly automated facility. The role demands strong technical understanding, precision, and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: *Monitoring and adjusting machinery during ongoing production *Troubleshooting and addressing minor technical issues *Quality control of finished products *Participating in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance *Working day, evening, and night shifts Qualifications We're looking for someone with: *Upper secondary education in technology/industry or equivalent experience *Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes *Experience with shift work in production is a plus *High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures *Swedish fluency in speech and writing Additional Information Does this sound interesting?
