You will work on operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a highly automated facility. The role demands strong technical understanding, precision, and teamwork. Your tasks will include: *Monitoring and adjusting machinery during ongoing production *Troubleshooting and addressing minor technical issues *Quality control checks on finished products *Participation in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance *Working day, evening, and night shifts Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: *Technical education from upper secondary school or equivalent experience *Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes *Experience with shift work in production is a plus *High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures *Swedish fluency in speech and writing Additional Information Does this sound interesting?
