The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which still characterizes our operations today. We continue Alma's work by cherishing what is at the heart of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will and emotional life.
Blomsterfonden also actively works to support family members. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about the needs and life situations of the elderly.

Cleaning Staff – Cleaning, Laundry and RUT Services
We are looking for a committed and responsible cleaning staff member for our operations in Danderyd.
With us you work to create clean, pleasant and safe environments for our customers. The work includes cleaning, laundry and RUT services, including window cleaning. You will work independently and have great personal responsibility for delivering high quality and professional service.
About the Position
The work involves facility maintenance in both private homes and office environments. You perform cleaning according to established routines and customer needs as well as RUT services such as window cleaning. The work takes place at our customers' locations and involves daily travel between different addresses, which means a class B driver's license is an absolute requirement.
The position is scheduled during daytime hours according to schedule.
Work Tasks
Regular cleaning in private homes and care-related environments
Window cleaning and other RUT services
Cleaning according to hygiene routines and quality standards
Documentation according to operational procedures
Correct handling of digital systems and work orders
Responsibility for materials and equipment
Provide professional and respectful service to customers
Collaboration with colleagues and management
Qualifications
Experience with facility maintenance
Experience with care-related work is an asset
Experience with window cleaning and other RUT services is an asset
Basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Class B driver's license is an absolute requirement
Other Requirements
Certificate from the criminal record register must be provided before employment begins
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of the work
Good physical ability as the work is active and varied
