Upplands El & Bemanning is now looking for an experienced and dedicated lead electrician for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in the Stockholm area. About the Role
As a Lead Electrician, you'll work as a consultant at our client's facility and be responsible for driving the daily work forward on the job site. You are the link between electricians, project management, and other trades, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.
The role involves work on varying projects – from new residential and commercial construction to renovations and more technically advanced installations.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and distribute work for electricians on site
Work with installations and routinely conduct inspections to ensure high quality
Follow up on and interpret drawings
Order materials in good time and maintain clear communication within the team
Participate in meetings and report incidents or technical changes/updates
Be a supportive leader and contribute to a safe and secure work environment for the team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is an experienced electrician with natural leadership skills and great commitment to your work. To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have at least 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a lead electrician role
Hold an ECY certificate or equivalent
Are comfortable taking responsibility and leading others in day-to-day work
Are solution-oriented, organized, and enjoy practical work
Have strong collaboration skills and are clear in your communication
Are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Hold a B driver's license
Merits
Experience from larger projects
Knowledge of blueprint reading and planning
Familiarity with digital tools
