We're now seeking committed full-time warehouse workers for the ICA warehouse in Helsingborg. The work as a forklift driver/warehouse worker at ICA's warehouse in Helsingborg will mainly involve forklift driving and picking goods by hand using a voice device that instructs you what to pick. The tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a fast work pace where you work in different temperature zones. You should therefore be able to work in a cold environment. Working hours and schedule: ICA's warehouse operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which means your schedule may vary between daytime, evening shifts, and occasionally night shifts. Work may also include weekend shifts. Since the position is full-time, you're expected to be available for scheduling based on ICA's needs. This is a temporary consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension, which means you'll be employed by StudentConsulting but will be assigned to our client ICA. As part of the recruitment process, you'll complete two tests available in your profile when you register your application. The tests are called the ICA Language Test and Work-Related Behavior (ADEPT-15). WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Forklift certification A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10) - Good physical condition - Approved background check - Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish - You must have valid ID documentation (passport or national ID card) and the right to work in Sweden - B-class driver's license and access to your own car to quickly get to the workplace at Långeberga As a person, you are thorough, flexible, and responsible. You have a strong work ethic and enjoy working independently, though you're happy to socialize with colleagues during breaks. In this role, you'll work toward high-set goals, so it's important that you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and strive to achieve good results. Since the need extends up to 6 months, you need to be available for full-time work throughout the entire period. We're currently recruiting with introductory start as early as later in the fall. We will request background check documentation and conduct drug testing as part of the process.
