We are seeking residential support workers and coordinators for our LSS group home in Östhammar. We are starting up in a newly built property this summer. The work is meaningful and places very high demands on professionalism, empathy, and structure. We are looking for stable staff for qualified client work with challenging behaviors.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support in daily life based on individual implementation plans.
Create a safe and respectful environment with focus on the individual's specific needs.
Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
Document according to applicable procedures.
The work includes day shifts, evening shifts, 24-hour/overnight duty, and weekend work according to schedule.
About You
For this position, you must have relevant education, for example the Care and Health Program or vocational education in socialpedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and you have a driver's license (category B). It is meritorious if you have specialist education in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry, training in CBT, or knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed care. If you have experience working with individuals with complex issues, such as NPF or mental health challenges, we also see that as a plus.
We are looking for someone with personal maturity and the ability to handle stress and conflict situations. You have the physical and mental resilience as the work can sometimes be demanding. As a person, you are respectful and have a professional manner. Additionally, you have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📍 Workplace: Imera's group home in Östhammar.
Working hours: For this position, you must be flexible and able to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and overnight duty.

Requirements
