You don't need to know everything from the start – if you are the right person, there is an opportunity for internal training. What you do As a junior IT technician at Arxit, you work broadly. You visit our customers in Uddevalla and surrounding areas to solve their IT challenges with computer support, network issues, Microsoft 365 configurations, web solutions and much more. You work partly from the office, via remote support and on-site at customers' locations, which you sometimes need to reach by car. No two days are the same. You get a lot of responsibility from day one. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to learn new things within servers, networks, web, cloud solutions. We help small and medium-sized businesses with everything in IT: support, networks, security, Microsoft 365, web, e-commerce. We work personally and closely with our customers' operations. We often act as our customers' own IT department. Few IT companies our size have the experience and knowledge we have. We now need to meet increasing demand by adding another technician.
