The Data and Analytics business area should be a catalyst for using data as a strategic resource and supporting solutions that promote business goals at all levels – nationally, regionally, and locally. We are now looking for an integration architect for the Data and Analytics business area. Your Assignment As an integration architect, you are responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing integration solutions in VGR's complex system landscape. The role encompasses both strategic and operational responsibility, where you drive technical dialogues, challenge requirements, and ensure that solutions follow architectural guidelines. You work with target architecture for the integration platform, develop API-driven solutions with a focus on standardization and reusability, and use integration patterns such as event-driven, API-based, batch, streaming, and data transformation. The role also includes data modeling according to established principles and solution architecture design for both new and existing initiatives. You develop and optimize ETL flows with a focus on performance and scalability, and ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and follow-up. The work also includes managing information exchange between systems, interpreting file formats, mapping, and integrations with business-critical systems. You solve technical problems and support operations and projects on integration issues, in close collaboration with architects and developers. You participate early in projects and contribute integration expertise. To Succeed in the Role, You Need: Relevant university education, for example in systems science, computer science, informatics, or other relevant IT education at university level At least five years of experience working as an IT architect in larger organizations where you have defined IT solutions within complex business areas We are looking for someone with experience in several of the following technologies and areas: Practical experience with integration patterns such as event-driven integration, API-based integration, batch, and streaming Practical experience with REST, SOAP, and HL7 and other HTTP-based technical interfaces as well as experience with mapping tools, such as Altova Mapforce Experience with Java and Spring Boot Experience with Apache Camel Experience with Kubernetes and Tanzu Experience with GitLab and GitLab Runners Experience with Loki/Grafana Technical integration breadth and code-based integration such as Java/C#, REST, and GraphQL Experience with iPaaS solutions Understanding of communication protocols and information exchange between systems Experience with XML, EDI, or similar file and integration formats Good ability to communicate both in writing and orally in Swedish Meritorious: Experience with Swedish national infrastructure within healthcare where RIV-TA, national services, and service contracts are established parts of our integration landscape Previous experience with agile working methods Knowledge of Docker Desktop Communication solutions such as sFTP and HTTPS We are looking for someone who is receptive, flexible, and solution-oriented, with high integrity and initiative.
