We are now seeking wood industry workers for our customer in window manufacturing. As a wood industry worker, you will work in a team where you together are responsible for processing and finishing wood components for further production. The work takes place in a pace-controlled flow, where precision, speed, and collaboration are crucial. Responsibilities • Spackle wood components in the production line • Quality control and assessment of components • Identify and correct errors and deviations • Team collaboration where each step has a set pace You will work with varying sizes of components – from small parts to, for example, door frames up to 2.30 meters – where the same pace and accuracy apply regardless of size. Qualifications We place great emphasis on personal suitability. For us, the right attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience. We would like to see that you have experience from the wood industry or other manufacturing industry. Experience with work in pace-controlled production is also an asset. As a person, you are organized, self-driven, and take responsibility for ensuring your work is done correctly. You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a good work environment by being cooperative and helpful to your colleagues. At the same time, you are flexible and adaptable in a daily life where circumstances can change, and you have the ability to maintain focus and structure even in more stressful situations. You like to take initiative and are solution-oriented when challenges arise. The work is scheduled for either morning or afternoon shifts.
