Talenti Sverige AB is looking for an engaged and pedagogical labor market coach/instructor for the initiative Unga Nordost.
About the assignment
As a labor market coach, you are responsible for planning and conducting a group initiative where participants gain increased knowledge about working life, study paths, and the tools required to move closer to employment or studies. The assignment includes both educational components and individual coaching.
You will work with motivation, job searching, CV and cover letters, interview training, health and stress management, finances, civics, and digital skills.
Scope
• Start: October 5, 2026
• Mornings Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
• The initiative runs for 4 weeks
For the right candidate, there is good opportunity for continued assignment as an additional group is planned starting in November. There may also be opportunities to work in other parts of Talenti's activities within labor market, transition, coaching and education.
