Main Areas of Responsibility: Prepare and prep meat and vegetables, including baking bread and cakes Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet health and safety standards Follow Subway's rules and policies Cash register operations Register deliveries Perform cleaning and sanitation according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules Follow safety procedures Work as part of a team Deliver high-quality service in product handling, sales, and customer interactions. As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and friendly manner. In this role, you promote awareness of the Subway® brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met. Who Are You and What Do We Expect from You? The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues. The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts and on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Experience in fast food or the restaurant industry is a major plus. Very good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement. Good knowledge of English is a major plus. You are stable – calm and composed even in stressful situations. You love working with and among people. You have good teamwork skills and work well with others. You are service-oriented – attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You have interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
