About the Role We're looking for an experienced move-out cleaner who can work independently and maintain high quality without needing to be micromanaged. You'll clean homes for inspections and move-ins, often following our 40-point checklist, and ensure every home is left in top condition. You'll drive between jobs in one of our vehicles, so a driver's license is a requirement. Who We're Looking For This is not a role for beginners. We want someone who already knows move-out cleaning and understands what it takes for a home to pass inspection. Experience with move-out cleaning – a requirement Eye for detail; it's the details that make the difference in the overall impression Self-driven; you take responsibility and solve problems on site High level of service and pleasant customer interaction Thorough, responsible, and reliable Can work both independently and as part of a team Requirements: Driver's license (Category B) – a must; we have vehicles you'll drive on the job Experience with cleaning, preferably move-out cleaning Good physical condition Basic Swedish for customer contact Merits: You're eligible for employment support through Arbetsförmedlingen (wage subsidy, start-up job, or similar) – a big plus What We Offer Competitive salary Flexible working hours that fit your life Vehicles to drive on the job Opportunity to grow in a company on the move Great colleagues and a positive work environment How to Apply I want you to reach out personally and introduce yourself.
