We at Attendo are now looking for a nursing assistant/care aide for Attendo Näsbyterrassen, which is a modern, newly built residential facility with a focus on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant newly built area with cafés, restaurants and green spaces around the corner.
About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enhance everyday life for our elderly.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided services
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits
Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or reference from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Meritorious:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with task delegation
