At Attendo, we are now recruiting a nursing assistant/care aide for Attendo Näsbyterrassen, which is a modern, newly built residential facility with a focus on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant new area with cafes, restaurants, and greenery around the corner. About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the everyday lives of our elderly. Your work tasks include: • Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes • If needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as legal guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements: • Nursing assistant training of at least 1350 credits • Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant • Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) • Good computer skills/computer experience Meritorious: • Experience from care work in elderly care • Experience with delegation What Can We Offer You?
