Attendo Johan Kocksgatan is a modern residential facility with a focus on sports and spa that opened in 2020. We are located in the eastern part of Trelleborg with beautiful parks nearby, and it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the central station. Attendo Johan Kocksgatan has 54 apartments distributed across 6 departments. Our common areas have a very homey environment. About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the daily life of our elderly residents. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work based on decided measures Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing Assistant education of at least 1350p. Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or confirmation from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience Merits: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation.
