We at Attendo are now looking for a nursing assistant for Fridhemsvägen in Ronneby. Fridhemsvägen is a specialized residential facility with capacity for 54 customers. The departments consist of dementia and somatic care. Fridhemsvägen is a concept-based facility with a focus on "Outdoor Activities and Gardens." About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the daily lives of our elderly. Your work tasks include: - Personal care according to the facility's procedures, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes - When needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. - Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions - Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as legal guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation personnel Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements: - Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits - Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or a letter from your current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant - Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) - Good computer knowledge/experience Merits: - Experience from care work in elderly care - Experience with delegation What Can We Offer You?
