About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing excellent care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that enrich the everyday lives of our elderly. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures, based on the customer's individual needs and preferences When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided measures Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.
