We're now looking for trained nursing assistants who want to join our team. We're looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has a great attitude. You enjoy working with elderly people and can work both independently and together with others. Experience in elderly care and dementia care is a plus.

About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You're responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work according to decided measures
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as legal guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
Professional certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare or a reference from your current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Merits:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with delegation.
