About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Carry out documentation and work based on decided measures Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350p7 or training as a care assistant. Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/experience Driver's license Category B Advantageous: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation.
