At Attendo, we are now seeking a nursing assistant for Attendo Hamnparken in Norrtälje. Hamnparken is a senior living residence that opened in May 2022, with 80 beds – 40 for somatic care and 40 for dementia care. Our focus is on sports and wellness. We emphasize exercise and health greatly, with a personal trainer visiting our residents 2 days a week, plus additional training sessions led by our staff. Attendo's own surveys show high satisfaction among both staff and residents. About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a major part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly residents. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided measures Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits. Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from your current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written), level B Good computer skills/experience Meriting: Experience from care work in dementia care Experience with delegation.
