About the role As an hourly caregiver with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the organization's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided services Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as trustees, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits / Care assistant. Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Fluent knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer proficiency Merits: Experience from care work in elderly care Driver's license What can we offer you?
