Laboratory Engineer Wanted We are looking for a laboratory engineer to join our combined customer service and R&D laboratory. We would particularly welcome someone with previous experience in paper chemistry. In our laboratory, we serve our customers with analyses that improve operations and quality, and we also collaborate with R&D in developing functional concepts. Your main responsibilities will be working on projects for our customers in the paper and cardboard manufacturing industry, and conducting careful analytical work to perform test series or individual analyses and draw conclusions from them. The position includes report writing and frequent contact with our customers. There are opportunities to participate in larger or smaller development projects for new products and concepts. If you are interested, there are also opportunities to develop further in product development over time. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of higher education in chemistry. Our customers are in the paper and pulp industry, so you should have practical experience or education in this field. The work tasks involve various chemical analyses and hands-on work. Education in surface and colloid chemistry as well as polymers is a plus. Collaboration and communication are very important to us, and since our market is Europe, you need good English skills. Your most important personal quality is that you have a calm and methodical work style. Other good qualities are analytical, thorough, responsible, and positive. Location: Stenkullen outside Gothenburg, which is our headquarters. The position is a one-year contract to start.
