About the position: In the role of property maintenance supervisor, you become an important part of our area team – a group that works closely together to ensure everyday life runs smoothly for our tenants. You're out in the yard, fixing things in the laundry room, talking with residents about waste management, for example, and handling both large and small tasks. This is a role for someone who likes to collaborate, take responsibility, and contribute to creating a pleasant and well-maintained environment where our tenants truly feel at home. Your main work tasks include: Maintenance of exterior and interior common areas Cleaning of stairwells and common spaces Maintenance of green areas and equipment maintenance Waste management Snow removal, both manual shoveling and machine plowing Performing simple repairs in common areas Participating in snow preparedness during season according to applicable agreements Participating in and leading tenant meetings and tenant introductions Requirements for the position: Class B driver's license Documented experience with the main work tasks Experience operating machinery such as tractors, ride-on mowers, and other small equipment Meritorious if you have experience with planting and knowledge of green area maintenance Who are you? We're looking for someone who has worked with property maintenance and is familiar with tasks such as facility cleaning, green area maintenance, and other property services. Additionally, we see that you have experience operating machinery and have the proper training, for example a wheel loader certificate. You thrive in a daily routine that offers variety and enjoy developing in your role. You're thorough, take responsibility, and enjoy providing good service.
