About the Job About the Company NearYou is now seeking an HR Support professional for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in the Gothenburg area. The client is an international organization that develops and delivers technical solutions. Job Description In the role of HR Support, you will hold a central position within the HR function where you are responsible for ensuring efficient HR processes and providing professional support to employees and managers. You will be an important contact point in the organization and work closely with several HR specialists and business functions. Your main responsibilities include: • Being the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters • Administering and ensuring the quality of personnel data and HR documentation • Acting as the main user and contact person for the organization's Human Capital Management system • Coordinating HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle • Developing, analyzing, and presenting HR statistics, reports, and key metrics • Supporting performance management, salary reviews, and employee surveys • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and specialist functions such as Compensation & Benefits and payroll • Coordinating international personnel matters, relocation processes, work permits, and visas This role suits you if you enjoy combining administration, service, and analysis in an international environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is organized, thorough, and has a strong service focus. You enjoy working independently while also thriving in close collaboration with colleagues and various stakeholders. We would like you to have: • Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent • At least 5 years of experience in broad HR work • Experience working with HR systems and digital processes • Good understanding of personnel data management and HR processes • Experience with reporting and analysis of HR-related data • Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Additional qualifications include experience with international HR work, relocation, or visa handling. You will be employed as a consultant at NearYou and work on-site at the client's location. The assignment is planned to start immediately and runs initially for 12 months, with excellent opportunities for extension.
