Thanks to our continued growth, we are now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to join and further develop our team (75–100%). About the position As an occupational therapist, you will work in a team together with physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and home care staff, so good collaboration skills are an important part of the role. You will work with users who are over 65 years old and conduct assessments and interventions in their homes. This may include rehabilitative and health-promoting measures, ADL assessments, assistive device trials, and assessments for housing adaptations. We work person-centered with a holistic perspective where the individual's overall needs are at the center. Your qualities We are looking for you as a licensed occupational therapist with experience working in home health care. To thrive with us, you should be a reliable and capable person who can create engagement and motivation at work. You have clear communication and a structured approach that enables you to handle both planned and acute situations. You work from a clear user perspective and actively contribute to developing the services with the user's best interests in focus. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both colleagues and users. Start date for the position is by agreement; the employment is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
