We are now seeking a clear, communicative, and warm leader to join us in Piteå, someone who excels at creating engagement, fostering participation, and helping others grow. As Workshop Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our workshop in Piteå. You are responsible for finances, budget, and results while leading the team in both internal and external matters and processes. The team consists of a great group of 15 Vehicle Technicians, 4 Service Advisors, 1 Warranty Administrator, and 1 Service Advisor/Team Lead for the Damage Workshop. You report to the Service Manager and work closely with workshop departments in other locations where Norrlands Bil operates, as well as other functions within the company such as sales, finance, and HR. Your immediate manager is responsible for introducing you and providing the best conditions for you to succeed in your role. The introduction combines both theory and practice, where you independently get to test and learn, but always have someone to ask for help. Throughout the group, there is solid operational support, and we continuously develop competency planning for our managers. All our new managers have the opportunity to participate in an internal introductory training in finance and HR matters. Additionally, you will be part of a great and competent team of 7 Workshop and Damage Workshop Managers who meet monthly and continuously support and help each other. Qualifications: Experience with operational and personnel responsibility Good understanding of finance and business Good administrative abilities Class B driver's license Good written and verbal skills in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have a technical interest and experience from our industry or similar operations.
