Then you might be the person we're looking for! We're now seeking a nursing assistant with a B-class driver's license for Björketorp Home Care. Björketorp Home Care is part of Western Marks Home Care, which consists of three home care groups: Björketorp, Sätila, and Hyssna. We work closely together and coordinate our services to provide safe, high-quality, and flexible care for our clients. Your primary placement will be in Björketorp, but work within other parts of the Western Marks area may occur based on operational needs. With us, you'll be part of a committed team where we work together to provide high-quality care with the individual's needs always at the center. As a nursing assistant in home care, you may work with: • Provide personal care and practical support in the client's home. • Support and motivate clients to maintain their abilities and independence. Services are provided based on assistance needs and can range from personal care, meal support, support with social activities, to collaboration with family members. • Perform delegated health and medical care tasks. • Be a designated care contact and plan, implement, document, and follow up on care services. • Collaborate with colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff, family members, and other professionals to create safe and person-centered care. We work according to the Social Services Act and national core values with a focus on the individual's needs. The work involves providing social care based on a health-promoting approach, which includes utilizing the individual's resources and focusing on what is healthy in each client. Working hours include day shifts, evening shifts, and holiday service. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional and respectful demeanor. You work independently, take responsibility, and also work well with colleagues. You are flexible and can adapt to changing needs and conditions while contributing to a positive work environment and good collaboration within the entire Western Marks team. For this position, you must: • Be trained as a nursing assistant. • Have a valid B-class driver's license. • Have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. • Have good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital documentation. • It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in home care or other elderly care. We place great importance on personal suitability. If you become a candidate for the position, you will need to provide: • Valid ID document, passport, or national ID. • Valid B-class driver's license. • Extract from the criminal record according to current procedures.
