The role involves close collaboration with production where you contribute to securing the operation of our machines, improving facility efficiency, and creating a safe and well-functioning work environment. In your role as a maintenance technician, you will, among other things: · Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on production equipment. · Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize production equipment and technical systems. · Perform tool changes and adjust and fine-tune machines. · Participate in daily operations meetings and actively contribute to improvement work. · Document completed work in the Mainter maintenance system. · Work in accordance with applicable safety regulations and procedures. · Contribute to order and tidiness and the development of 5S work. · Conduct root cause analyses and drive long-term improvement measures to prevent recurring operational disruptions. About You We are looking for someone with experience in mechanical maintenance from industry or production who thrives in a high-paced environment with significant personal responsibility. You have secondary education in industrial, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or equivalent fields, as well as solid experience in mechanical maintenance in industrial operations. You have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production equipment and feel confident analyzing complex technical problems and finding sustainable long-term solutions. Furthermore, you preferably have experience working in maintenance systems and are accustomed to documenting and following up on completed work. To succeed in this role, you have basic knowledge in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation, as well as a good ability to read and interpret technical drawings. You are also a proficient computer user and have strong command of Swedish in both speech and writing. As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and analytical. You are flexible and driven by finding root causes of problems and creating long-term solutions that contribute to stable and efficient operations. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks. You find it easy to work both independently and collaborate with colleagues and production, and you believe it is important to enjoy your work and contribute to your team's well-being. It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in maintenance technology, production technology, electrical engineering, or mechanics. If you also have experience with PLC, hydraulics, welding, or machining, we see that as a great plus. We also value experience with LEAN, TPM, 5S, or other structured improvement work.
