Do you want to work with modern technology in a railway track environment? We are now seeking an engaged and meticulous TSA operator for assignments in the railway and track sector in Sweden. With us, you'll work with modern machinery, advanced measuring systems, and exciting projects in an industry where safety, precision, and collaboration are absolutely essential. About the Position As a TSA operator, you will work on qualified ground and construction work in track-adjacent environments and railway projects. The work requires high precision, safety awareness, and the ability to follow established procedures and working methods. Your responsibilities will include: Precise excavation work with wheel excavators (9–15 ton) in track areas Working with 3D measuring systems for high precision Work on railways, tracks, and embankments Concrete work and ground work in track-adjacent environments Daily supervision and safe operation of machinery and equipment Collaboration with colleagues and other trades on-site We're Looking for You If You Have experience with wheel excavators and work with 3D measuring systems Have good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, or English Hold a valid B-category driver's license Hold certificates for Work on Road 1 and 2 Have documented TSA-OPT training (required) Have high safety awareness, especially when working in track environments Are responsible, meticulous, and well-organized Thrive working both independently and as part of a team Personal Qualities Great importance is placed on personal qualities.
