As a Damage Workshop Manager in Jönköping, you will have a central role in our operations, with full responsibility for operations, personnel, results, and development of the damage workshop. You will become a key player in our journey toward increased customer satisfaction, higher efficiency, and first-class quality – always with a sustainable and forward-thinking approach.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Lead and develop the team consisting of damage technicians, damage support, and damage advisors, with a focus on engagement, job satisfaction, and competence.
Responsible for the workshop's results, from daily operations to strategic development, with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure high standards throughout the damage process, including repair times, lead times, quality systems, and environmental considerations.
Collaborate closely with external parties such as insurance companies and painting workshops, as well as internal departments within the facility.
Drive improvement work through daily management, regular improvement meetings, and a clear competence development plan for each employee.
