Claims Adjuster at Hyundai Lund powered by Autogruppen Do you want to become part of a professional team where quality, customer experience, and efficient claims handling are in focus? Hyundai Lund powered by Autogruppen is now seeking an experienced and service-oriented Claims Adjuster for immediate employment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving claims cases through the entire process – from initial customer contact and damage assessment to quotations, communication with insurance companies, planning, and follow-up. You will be a central link between the customer, the workshop, and insurance partners, ensuring that each case is handled professionally, efficiently, and with high quality. We are looking for you who have: Experience from the automotive industry, preferably in claims adjustment or damage repair workshop Good understanding of claims processes and insurance matters A structured and solution-oriented work approach Strong sense of service and customer relations Ability to handle multiple cases in parallel while maintaining quality Valid B-class driver's license Required experience with CABAS Meritorious if you can work in Cobra With us, you get the opportunity to work in a modern operation with strong customer focus, high quality standards, and engaged colleagues.
