The Health and Medical Care Unit in Ystad Municipality is now seeking licensed Nurses for Ljuskällan Special Housing. Here you will meet patients where they are, in their homes and everyday environment—with security, continuity, and care in focus. The work is varied and offers great scope for both professional responsibility and human encounters. As a Nurse, you are responsible for medical assessments, planning, and follow-up of care services. You work in a person-centered manner with the patient's needs at the center, manage medications, and work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other professionals. Documentation and work in accordance with applicable legislation are a natural part of the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is a licensed Nurse. • Has two years of experience as a nurse. • Holds a class B driver's license. Experience in municipal health and medical care is advantageous. As a person, you have a good ability to work independently, make well-founded decisions, and take responsibility for your tasks, while valuing collaboration and good teamwork. You meet patients, relatives, and colleagues with attentiveness, respect, and a warm approach, and have a genuine commitment to creating secure and person-centered care. You are structured, flexible, and adapt easily to varying work schedules. We place great importance on personal suitability.
