We serve our guests in our two restaurants Glöd and Pouls but also manage several lounges, bars, and VIP areas. We are now looking for a committed and driven coordinator who wants to help create magical moments for our guests and customers during the 26/27 winter season! About the Role As a coordinator, you work closely with both the restaurant and kitchen. Your main tasks are to plan, prepare, and lead the work in our two dishwashing areas during our events. You participate yourself in the practical work as a dishwasher. Between events, you help receive deliveries, organize our storage areas, and support in the dishwashing area when needed. We collaborate with Generation Waste, an organization that helps companies reduce food waste. You will have a coordinating responsibility for this task. This means you will implement routines for weighing, statistics, and follow-up in close collaboration with our executive chef. The position is largely based on evenings and weekends when we have our events. Our core values are Joy, Care, Creativity, Together, and these guide our recruitment.
