If you're warm, driven, independent, and enjoy resolving conflicts—this job is for you! We are a company with eight licensed psychotherapists/psychologists conducting couple therapy/family counseling for ten municipalities in the Stockholm area. This winter, we need to strengthen our team with one additional full-time psychotherapist/psychologist. You will meet couples facing issues such as emotion regulation, communication, physical intimacy, distance, and infidelity. Some couples need just a little support along the way, while others go up to ten sessions. We're looking for a CBT-oriented licensed psychologist/licensed psychotherapist who preferably has experience working with couples or families. For example, experience from child and adolescent psychiatric services (BUP) or working with intimate partner violence is a plus. You should be able to take significant independent responsibility, be thorough and ambitious. You should be able to handle strong emotions in the therapy room and have an easy time building a good alliance with clients. But most importantly, you should be driven by curiosity and genuinely want to learn more about relationships. This is a full-time position only, and it is not possible to work part-time. The position is based at Fridhemsplan for one year and then at another central location in Stockholm. We have a six-month probationary period and see the position starting January 1, 2027.
