Job Description You work independently with assessment, planning, and implementation of medical treatment and care interventions within the framework of municipal health and medical care. You are responsible for individuals in both our special housing facilities and our two LSS group homes. After office hours, you are also responsible for the home care nursing area. The work requires the ability to structure and prioritize. We would like you to feel confident in your role as a nurse. The assignment includes: Guiding and instructing care personnel. Has good subject matter expertise and is committed to staying updated within your profession. Has a class B driver's license (access to a company car is available). Meritorious: Further education in geriatrics, district nursing, or education that the employer deems equivalent, as well as experience from similar work.
