Job Description You work independently with, among other things, assessment, planning, and implementation of medical treatment and care interventions within the framework of municipal health and medical care. You're responsible for individuals in both our special housing facilities and our two LSS group homes. After office hours, you're also responsible for the home care services area. The work requires the ability to structure and prioritize. We'd like you to feel confident in your role as a nurse. Your assignment includes: Mentoring and teaching care personnel. Delegating specific health and medical care tasks. Documenting and reporting deviations according to applicable laws and regulations. Does this sound like you? Has strong subject matter expertise and is committed to staying updated in your profession. Holds a B driver's license (access to a company vehicle is available). You have good communication skills and are a team player.
