About the Position
We are seeking a full-time Montessori-trained educator to start by mutual agreement.
In this role, you will work alongside other educators to plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical activities. You will help create a safe, creative, and inclusive environment where children have the opportunity to explore, develop, and grow at their own pace.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is Montessori-trained or has equivalent experience.
Has a strong interest in children's learning and development.
Has excellent communication skills with both colleagues and guardians.
Has solid knowledge of the preschool curriculum and pedagogical documentation.
Speaks Swedish fluently in speech and writing.
