We're looking for a mechanic for our client in Malmö Are you handy, detail-oriented, and interested in heavy vehicles and mechanics? Do you want to work with servicing, maintaining, and rebuilding trailers in an environment where no two days are the same? Then this role might be for you! Job Description You'll be working with servicing, repairing, and maintaining truck trailers. This is a long-term position where you'll be employed by eLinked AB and hired out to our client for six months. After that, there's an opportunity to transition to the client company. The need is continuous and long-term, with stable demand for many years to come. Responsibilities Servicing and maintaining trailers and their components Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical problems Replacing and repairing brakes, wheels, axles, and other wear parts Mounting steel components and basic welding work Replacing and installing tarps/covers on trailers for new customer profiling Preparing trailers for delivery – ensuring they're complete, safe, and presentable We're Looking For You If You Have experience as a trailer mechanic or mechanic in heavy vehicles Alternatively, have experience with: Brake replacement Steel assembly and basic welding Vehicle or trailer electronics (couplings, troubleshooting, installation) Tire technician Are responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy practical work Hold a B-class driver's license Speak Swedish or English Training as a vehicle mechanic is a plus, but the right experience and willingness to learn are equally important.
