DUTIES Your role as an after-school care teacher involves planning, implementing, and developing instruction in the after-school program in close collaboration with other activities at the school. The role also includes working with the after-school care team to be responsible for the school's safety promotion and social work by planning and implementing activities during breaks within the "More Fun Breaks" concept. The aim is to create a safe, active, and inclusive environment where all students are given the opportunity for meaningful community and play. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified after-school care teacher/pedagogue and who wants to help shape our school-age care program. We also want you to: • Be willing to work in a team and be a good team player • Be dedicated, positive, and want to develop the after-school care program • Be a skilled pedagogue • Have clear leadership • Value good relationships with students, colleagues, and parents We place great importance on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: To be agreed upon. Before employment, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register and documentation proving that you are authorized to work on the Swedish labor market. For example, a certificate of Swedish/EU/EES citizenship (such as a passport), a residence permit certificate, or a work permit certificate to work in Sweden. Salary determination is based on a comprehensive assessment of the position's demands and responsibilities, educational background, relevant experience, personal suitability, and current salary levels for equivalent or comparable positions and prevailing market conditions.
